Description
The University of Waterloo is seeking a full-service executive search provider to identify, attract, assess, and recruit the next Dean of the Faculty of Environment. Services include consultation with the search committee, development of the search methodology and position materials, domestic and international candidate sourcing, promotion through multiple channels, candidate screening, long- and short-list recommendations, candidate profiles and assessments, interview and selection support, reference and background checks, and preparation of board and senate reports. The successful respondent must demonstrate global reach and experience recruiting senior executives for research-intensive universities, including experience presenting candidates from equity-deserving groups. The engagement also includes secure information sharing, committee meeting support, onboarding and performance follow-up, ongoing engagement during the hiring-guarantee period, and fulfillment of the guarantee if needed. Proposals must address experience and qualifications, equity/diversity/inclusion and AODA, staff team and resources, proposed services and work plan, the completed declaration, pricing, and insurance and WSIB documentation.
