Description
Walworth County is soliciting bids for demolition of one oversized salt dome garage door system and the furnishing and installation of a replacement rolling service door, operator, track, control systems, safety devices, and related components. The work includes removal and off-site disposal of the existing approximately 20-by-30-foot overhead rolling door, operator, guiderails, controls, and associated parts; installation of the new door and electrical operating equipment; testing, adjustment, cleaning, and demonstration to the Owner. The specified rolling door is a CornellCookson ESD10 or approved equivalent, with a motor-operated NEMA 4X operator, galvanized components, push-button controls, monitored entrapment protection, light curtain, sensing edge, and related electrical work. Bidders must meet stated qualification requirements, submit a 5% bid bond, and complete the work by January 29, 2027. The solicitation is a rebid and requires electronic submission through the County's Bonfire portal.
