Description
The City of Clermont is seeking a cloud-based location intelligence and foot traffic analytics platform to measure, analyze, and report visitation at parks, trails, facilities, and open spaces. Required capabilities include geofencing; daily, weekly, monthly, and annual visitation reporting; at least three years of historical data; unique and repeat visitor metrics; visitor-origin and catchment-area analysis; dwell-time reporting; benchmarking; dashboards; maps; data exports; and optional API integration capabilities. The solution must provide aggregated and anonymized data without City access to personally identifiable information, explain its data sources, consent methodology, normalization and quality-assurance processes, and reduce irrelevant activity such as pass-through traffic. The awarded contractor will provide account setup, geofence configuration, implementation assistance, training, user documentation, ongoing technical and customer support, subscriptions or licenses, and renewal pricing. Proposals must include technical, methodology, privacy and security, implementation and support, experience, and cost information, along with the required vendor, certification, disclosure, questionnaire, signature, insurance, and pricing materials.
