The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Wildlife Services, is seeking two new Jet A fuel trailers for aerial predator-control operations in remote locations across Montana. Each trailer must include a 350-gallon stainless-steel tank with a bottom sump, two 6,000-pound axles, a spare tire, a fully contained hose reel and pump, a solar charging panel, a 15-gallon-per-minute pump, a VF-61 filter housing, a retractable hose reel with nozzle, and stainless-steel fittings. Products must be new and have clear, documented, auditable traceability to the original equipment manufacturer or an authorized distributor. Offerors must provide manufacturer information, descriptive literature demonstrating compliance with all salient characteristics, and applicable manufacturer and contractor certificates of conformance. Approved alternate products may be proposed if they satisfy the required form, fit, function, and configuration requirements. The anticipated award is a firm-fixed-price purchase order for one award, with pricing required for all items; delivery is required by December 31, 2026.
