Description
Boone County Fiscal Court is soliciting bids for signs and related materials in three packages: sign hardware and aluminum blanks; Type IV high-intensity prismatic and Type XI diamond-grade retroreflective signs; and square posts, anchors, brackets, and accessories. The pricing proposal lists estimated quantities, and bidders may bid on packages separately. Package B materials must meet the specified retroreflective sheeting and aluminum requirements; Package C is limited to square-post materials and accessories. The contract term is 12 months, from January 1 through December 31, 2027. Prices are to remain firm during the term, and orders generally must be delivered complete within seven calendar days after receipt. Descriptive literature is requested for products other than the referenced acceptable products; safety data sheets are required when applicable. Samples for alternate items may be requested after bid opening.
