Description
The City is soliciting sealed bids for the Clay Street and Crescent Avenue Street Improvements Project. The work includes all materials, labor, equipment, and installation needed to complete the project. Bids must use the required Bid Form, and two completed copies are required. Each bid must include a cashier’s check or satisfactory bid bond of at least 5% of the aggregate bid amount. The successful bidder must provide construction contract security of at least 100% of the bid. Contractors must purchase the bid documents from Viox & Viox, Inc. to qualify as registered bidders; the documents may be ordered as digital PDF specifications or hard copies for $75 per set. The City will apply resident bidder preferences under KRS 45A.490–494 and reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
