Description
Boone County is soliciting bids for storm sewer pipe and related fittings for a 12-month term from January 1 through December 31, 2027. The pricing proposal requests unit prices for aluminized Type 2 corrugated pipe, dual-wall HDPE pipe in multiple diameters, perforated pipe, couplings, tees, Ys, and pipe lubricant. The County may order quantities according to actual usage, with no minimum quantity requirement; quoted prices are to remain firm for the contract term. The bid requires electronic submission through the County’s procurement system. Required response items include a W-9, the purchase order acknowledgment, authorized representative information and signature certifications, and conditional Kentucky resident- or qualified-bidder affidavits when claiming those statuses. Supporting product literature and applicable safety data sheets are also requested or required as applicable.
