Description
Boone County Public Works is seeking bids for a one-year supply of sign plot and print materials, with the contract term running from January 1 through December 31, 2027. The requested items include adhesive-backed vinyl, reflective sheeting, banner materials, transfer tape, magnet material, yard signs and stakes, squeegees, and Roland printer ink and cleaning supplies. Ink must be OEM for the Roland printer; aftermarket ink will not be accepted. Quantities are estimates, with no minimum purchase requirement, and pricing must remain firm for the contract term. The bid includes a detailed line-item pricing schedule.
