Description
Kenton County Fiscal Court is soliciting a general construction contractor to replace Shelter House 1 at Pioneer Park and the shelter and restroom facility at the baseball complex. The work includes demolition and construction of the replacement structures, with architectural, structural, civil, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work shown in the project documents. Bidders must provide a bid security equal to 5% of the bid; the successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds. The project manual states a 180-calendar-day contract time after the Notice to Proceed.
