Description
Kenton County Fiscal Court seeks a general contractor for a full renovation and addition to its existing golf course clubhouse. The work includes demolition and construction, site and paving improvements, structural and architectural work, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and food-service coordination. The project documents also require the facility to remain operational during construction, with work phased and coordinated with the operator. Bidders must submit a lump-sum bid with a bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount. The selected contractor must provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract sum, and meet the stated insurance requirements. The bid package includes a bid form, allowance form, unit-price schedule, subcontractor list, and a separately submitted fee proposal; the portal questionnaire also requests a W-9, current certificate of insurance, and Kenton County occupational license.
