Description
The City of Blaine is soliciting bids for inspection of Wells 3, 8, 10, and 12. The work includes pulling the pumps, televising the wells, performing miscellaneous repairs, and completing related work in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work must be completed by January 31, 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN, and bidders must be on the QuestCDN plan holders list for their bids to be accepted. Each bid must include a proposal bond of at least 5% of the total bid amount.
