Description
The Tuscola County Board of Health is soliciting proposals from qualified furniture manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and installers to furnish and install furniture for the Tuscola County Health Department. The anticipated scope includes desks and workstations, office chairs, reception furniture, filing and storage cabinets, shelving and storage systems if applicable, installation and assembly, and removal and disposal of existing furniture if applicable. All furniture, products, installation, and related services must comply with applicable ADA and accessibility requirements. Proposals must include firm information, an understanding of the project objectives, design methodology, communication plan, detailed project schedule, fee proposal, examples of at least three similar projects with project details and client references, and at least three client references. The fee proposal must address design fees, reimbursable expenses, hourly rates, optional services, and the completed timeline.
