Paducah Public Schools is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive cafeteria furniture project covering site assessments, planning, product selection, layout recommendations, visual mockups, delivery, inside placement, assembly and installation where required, packaging removal, and disposal of existing furniture. The requested products include durable, age-appropriate cafeteria tables and chairs, as well as wall decor. Vendors must provide itemized pricing, dimensions, materials, quantities, renderings, delivery and installation costs, removal and disposal costs, warranty information, optional services, and a grand total for required items and services. Proposed furniture must meet ADA accessibility standards, be easy to clean and resistant to wear, and include a manufacturer warranty of at least five years covering all components. Vendors must also provide staff training, product documentation, and customer support for warranty or service requests. The proposal package must include a signed proposal, visual mockup, technical specifications, delivery timeline, cost proposal, warranty information, references and past-performance information, required certifications, and the applicable proposal forms.
