Description
Goreville Community Unit School District 1 is seeking managed internal broadband services for maintenance of existing Category 2 network equipment. The equipment list includes firewalls, managed and PoE switches, wireless access points, and related network hardware from manufacturers including Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Aruba, HPE, D-Link, and Extreme Networks. Bids must reference FCC Form 470 number 270001456, include the bidder's Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), offer the Lowest Corresponding Price, and comply with applicable local and state procurement requirements. Equivalent or comparable brands may be considered. The district may consider multi-year contracts, voluntary extensions, month-to-month arrangements, and variable contract terms; any extensions must specify their number and duration. The district also wants the ability to add or remove services as business needs change, and long-term contract language must address discontinuation of E-Rate funding.
