The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking one provider to furnish and operate residential reentry center services, including in-house beds for male and female federal offenders, and home confinement services, including home confinement placements. The requirement covers a guaranteed minimum of 15 in-house beds and an estimated maximum of 30 beds, plus a guaranteed minimum of 10 home confinement placements and an estimated maximum of 20 placements for the base year. Services include programming, case management, employment assistance, resident supervision, facility operations, medical and food-service coordination, accountability, drug and alcohol testing, electronic monitoring, and related reentry support in accordance with the March 2022 Residential Reentry Center Statement of Work. The anticipated contract is firm-fixed-price/indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The contractor must furnish the personnel, facility, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to operate the program, maintain 24-hour staffing, provide a suitable facility, and perform required inspections, reporting, training, security, and compliance activities. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about September 30, 2026; the stated estimated closing date is around November 30, 2026.
