Description
Dongola Public Library District is seeking bids or proposals for Category One Internet Access and Data Transmission Services with capacity between 100 Mbps and 200 Mbps. The scope also includes any Category One network equipment and installation or initial configuration necessary to make the Internet connection functional. Proposals must identify the proposed service solution type, applicable eligible monthly recurring taxes, fees, and other charges, shipping charges where applicable, and clearly separate eligible and ineligible products, services, and costs. Respondents must provide a Service Provider Identification Number, maintain a current Service Provider Annual Certification on file, include a scope of work for installation services, and identify a proposal contact. One-year and multiple-year contracts with voluntary extensions may be considered, and the requested service start date is July 1, 2027.
