The City of Ocala is soliciting a vendor to provide commercial-grade, NSF-grade liquid carbon dioxide for pH stabilization at Water Treatment Plant #1. The scope includes supplying all materials, labor, equipment, and delivery services, with an estimated annual quantity of 258,000 pounds. Deliveries must have a maximum lead time of two weeks and be coordinated with the City's Project Manager. The initial contract term is three years, with two optional one-year renewal terms. Bidders must have at least three years of experience providing carbon dioxide for pH stabilization to municipalities of similar size and must submit the completed price proposal in Excel format. Award will be made to the lowest responsive bidder.
