Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting three one-gallon units of flat black, Type 4 polyurethane coating under NSN 8010-01-582-7289. The coating must conform to MIL-DTL-53039F, part number M53039-4-001G-37031, have a maximum VOC content of 120 grams per liter, be VOHAP-free, and match FED-STD-595 color number 37031. The item must be QPL-approved at the time of award and have a 12-month extendable shelf life. The coating must be packaged under MIL-STD-2073-1E, marked under MIL-STD-129, and handled as hazardous material with compliant Safety Data Sheets and hazard-warning labels submitted for review before award. Delivery is required within 20 days after order, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. The shipment must be sent by traceable means rather than parcel post to Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
