Description
West Basin Municipal Water District is requesting proposals for the design and construction preparation of a dedicated server room at the Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility. The project will convert approximately 176 to 260 square feet of occupied office and I/O space, with a possible hallway expansion, to support OT/IT and network infrastructure associated with a Distributed Control System replacement project. The scope includes project management and coordination; preliminary assessment; 30%, 60%, and 100% design; ready-for-construction design; and bid-phase support, with engineering services during construction to be added before construction begins. Required technical disciplines include architectural layout and containment, precision cooling, ventilation, power distribution and UPS systems, grounding and redundancy, clean-agent fire detection and suppression, structured cabling, access control, surveillance, environmental monitoring, and compliance with applicable ASHRAE, TIA, NEC, NFPA, and local codes. The proposal must include qualifications, key personnel, technical approach, references, a task-based price proposal, and required online confirmations and registrations.
