Description
Schoolcraft Community Schools is requesting quotations for approximately 126 wireless access point licenses for Meraki MR36-HW, MR56-HW, and MR46-HW access points, or equivalent products. The request is for licenses rather than new equipment and includes installation and initial configuration. The district is also seeking basic maintenance of approximately 126 wireless access points. Vendors must provide firm-fixed pricing, separately itemize any services that are not eligible for Universal Service Fund support, maintain an E-rate SPIN, have the 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file with USAC by September 1, 2027, and maintain an active SAM.gov registration. Multi-year contracts may be considered, and the district may select more than one provider for a service type.
