Description
Barry County Parks & Recreation Commission is soliciting sealed bids for construction improvements at the Historic Charlton Park boating area. The work includes excavation and grading for gravel and lawn parking areas; regulatory signage; a concrete walk and concrete paving; bench relocation; installation of a seasonal kayak launch; site restoration; and miscellaneous site features. The project is expected to be funded in whole or in part by a Michigan Department of Natural Resources Recreation Passport Grant. Plans and specifications may be examined by appointment, and bidding documents are available through designated builders' exchanges, Dodge Reports, or in PDF format upon request.
