Description
Marietta Independent School District 16 is seeking proposals for Category 2 E-Rate products and services, including network switches, associated software and licenses, transceivers, modules, antennas, connectors, cabling, and related components. The requested scope includes installation, initial configuration, travel, per diem, shipping, and other applicable fees. The district is also seeking bundled warranties and licenses with manufacturer maintenance support services for the equipment, including basic maintenance of internal connections and managed internal broadband services for existing equipment. Proposals are subject to E-Rate funding and governing board approval, and vendors must comply with the Lowest Corresponding Price rule. The sample agreement provides for an initial two-year term with up to one annual renewal, subject to the stated service-period dates and funding conditions.
