Description
The Elmira Water Board is soliciting sealed bids for 5/8-inch by 3/4-inch and 1-inch Sensus iPERL residential water meters and 510M M2 S/Point radios. Detailed specifications are available at the Elmira Water Board office. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the project name plainly written on the outside. Each bid must include properly executed Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate, Waiver of Immunity, Certification of Bidder Regarding Equal Employment Opportunity, Iranian Energy Divestment Certification, and Bidder's Statement on Sexual Harassment. Sales and compensating use taxes must be excluded from pricing.
