Description
Westchester County is seeking item-based electronic quotes for water meters for a one-time delivery to Valhalla, New York. Vendors must provide their best or earliest possible delivery date, minimum order requirements, payment-term discounts, pricing validity period, and warranty information. Equivalent products may be considered if they meet the required salient characteristics. The purchase is not a piggyback contract. Bids are submitted electronically, and the solicitation permits one uploaded file containing documents defining the proposal. The County may award by individual item, grouped items, or lot; deliveries are FOB destination; and all items must be new and guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship. The latest addendum extends the closing deadline to September 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
