Description
Shepherd Public Schools is seeking firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 1 lit-fiber internet and data transport service at its Odyssey location, with capacity from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps. The requested service includes domain name registration, at least one static IP address, a 99.97% uptime guarantee if available, a maximum four-hour service response time on a 24/7 basis, ISP-owned connectivity equipment, web-based statistical analysis access, and end-to-end maintenance of equipment used to deliver the service. The Category 2 requirements include approximately two Aruba 6300 Smart Rate 48-port switches and one gigabit 24-port switch, or equivalents; compatible modules/transceivers; seven-year Aruba Central licensing or equivalent; maintenance, installation, and configuration; one five-year Aruba Central Class 1 switch license renewal; one five-year Aruba Central Foundation access-point license renewal; wireless access points and related maintenance; antennas, connectors, related components, and cabling. Vendors must itemize any non-eligible products or services, provide firm-fixed pricing, hold an E-rate SPIN, maintain the required E-rate certification and active SAM.gov registration, and provide proof of workers’ compensation insurance and a $2 million liability insurance umbrella upon award. Proposals will be evaluated on price, experience, understanding of needs, personnel qualifications, completeness, and the ability to complete the work within the required timeframe.
