Description
The project consists of approximately 645 square feet of restroom renovations in the Jackson State Community College Library Building. Work includes demolition and replacement of existing restroom finishes; removal and replacement of plumbing fixtures; demolition of lay-in ceilings; repair and painting of the existing hard ceiling; installation of new lighting fixtures; and demolition of the janitor's closet concrete slab with sanitary piping repairs to improve drainage. Hard-copy plans and specifications are available for purchase, or project files may be downloaded free after registering for an account on the online plan room.
