Description
The City of Mission is seeking qualified parties to provide generator inspection and load-testing services for 21 municipal generators, as described in Schedule A. The scope includes inspection, CSA-standard load testing, control-panel and electrical inspections, transfer-switch testing, infrared surveys, corrective actions, and documentation of inspections and repairs. The contractor must provide the labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and consumables required for the work and use certified technicians to certify load-testing results. Addendum No. 1 confirms that no maintenance service is required because this function will be performed by City staff, and provides updated generator equipment and location information in Appendix B. The agreement is a unit-price contract for an initial three-year term, with two optional one-year extensions, for a maximum duration of five years. Annual pricing is requested for each listed generator. An optional site visit has been scheduled, with details provided through the procurement system.
