Description
UNDP seeks a firm to plan and coordinate a two-day credit ratings engagement, including event planning, venue coordination, event concept and branding, audiovisual coordination, equipment and furniture procurement, vendor management, photography and videography, public relations support, and on-site event operations. The scope also includes procuring event materials, providing regular updates to UNDP and the event technical committee, and preparing a post-event evaluation and completion report. The proposal must include a technical offer and financial offer, company profile, registration certificate, audited financial statements, recent and ongoing project lists, client performance certificates, and completed CVs and educational certificates for key personnel. The firm must demonstrate relevant event-management experience; the terms of reference also specify that the firm be based in Abuja and that the team lead hold at least a bachelor's degree. The assignment is expected to take place November 24–25, 2026, with event management required for the high-level day, identified as either November 23 or 24.
