Description
The City of Hidden Hills is soliciting professional design services for landscape and hardscape improvements at City Hall. The selected consultant will prepare complete construction plans, specifications, and an engineer's estimate; coordinate utilities and regulatory requirements; conduct necessary surveys and preliminary engineering; and develop 60%, 90%, and 100% PS&E submittals. The scope includes irrigation and landscaping replacement, ADA walkway and access improvements, demonstration garden and walking-path renovations, seating and covered gathering areas, lighting, a water-filling station, handrails, concrete decks, ramps, stairs, low walls, benches, outlets, and related site improvements. The consultant will also support bidding and construction by responding to RFIs, preparing addenda, reviewing submittals, attending specified meetings, and preparing record drawings. Proposals must include qualifications and similar-project experience, a proposed project team and resumes, detailed scope and methodology, schedule, a separately sealed fee proposal, insurance-compliance certification, and at least three government references. Electronic submittals are required; final plans must also be provided in AutoCAD DWG format with wet-signed mylars, specifications in Microsoft Word, estimates in Microsoft Excel, and other documents in PDF format.
