Description
The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is requesting an all-or-none renewal of gateway credit card processing services that integrate with Parking Boxx for a physical machine located at DeSoto State Park. The requested pricing includes a monthly gateway fee and a per-item transaction fee, with fees billed monthly. The initial service period is October 2026 through September 30, 2027. The agency intends to establish a multiyear agreement renewed annually, with a maximum term of five years and a cumulative value not exceeding $25,000. Pricing, products, services, specifications, and deliverables must remain consistent throughout the agreement.
