Description
The Water Works & Sewer Board of the City of Gadsden is requesting bids for the 6th Street, Gray Road, Burns Park, and Walnut Park Area Sewer Rehabilitation project. The work includes gravity sewer main cleaning and CCTV inspection, gravity sewer main CIPP lining, service lateral CIPP lining, manhole rehabilitation with a multi-component liner, and related ancillary work. A second schedule includes additional manhole rehabilitation and CIPP lining of existing service laterals at locations determined by the Owner. The project requires substantial completion within 150 calendar days after the Contract Time begins and final completion within 180 calendar days. Bidders must be properly licensed under Alabama law and carry the MU classification listed in the latest State Licensing Board for General Contractors roster. Nonresident contractors must also provide the required Alabama foreign-corporation registration and good-standing documentation with their bids.
