Description
University Medical Center of Southern Nevada is soliciting bids for the remodel of a building at 300 S M.L.K. Boulevard in Las Vegas, Nevada, comprising approximately 35,309 square feet. The work will prepare warehouse space for conformity with architectural drawings and refresh finishes for office use. The scope includes flooring demolition, upgrades to existing light fixtures, and installation of new electrical and data access points for planned workstations. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for August 31, 2026. Bid documents, specifications, and drawings will be available through the NGEM system, and responses must be submitted electronically through the NGEM website.
