Description
The City seeks catering for an employee holiday buffet luncheon for approximately 200 guests on December 24, 2026. Vendors must propose two traditional holiday menu options, each with two or three meats, starches, vegetables, salads, rolls, desserts, beverages, and ice, and provide itemized pricing, per-person pricing, and a total including gratuities and incidental charges. Quotes must remain valid for 30 days and exclude sales taxes. The caterer must supply food, beverages, disposable serviceware, at least 100 to-go boxes, table skirts and cloths for food and beverage tables, and all necessary buffet equipment, including chafing dishes and serving utensils. The quote must include equipment rental costs. The self-service buffet must have at least two service lines and two assisting servers, accommodate 200 guests, and allow time for the event program. The caterer is responsible for cleaning the areas it uses; decorations are not required.
