The U.S. Department of Agriculture is seeking three fully automated lake-mapping drone platforms for photogrammetric digital-elevation surveys and lake-volume measurement supporting early flood alerts. Each platform must include an NDAA-compliant drone controller, digital camera with integrated gimbal, lenses, thermal imaging capability, spare batteries and chargers, replacement propellers, and travel cases. The specifications require compatibility with existing ESRI Site Scan post-processing software and include detailed performance, payload, flight, camera, thermal-sensor, durability, and environmental requirements. The bill of materials also identifies an Astro Max Mapping Essentials package, an optional 50 mm f/1.8 lens, and an LR1 thermal upgrade sensor. The quotation must address brand-name-or-equal requirements, provide pricing for all items, and satisfy Section 508 accessibility documentation requirements for applicable ICT items, including an Accessibility Conformance Report and related accessibility narratives.
