The State of Louisiana Division of Administration, through the Office of Facility Planning and Control, is soliciting sealed bids for renovation of a storage building and construction of a paved catering pad at the Governor's Mansion in State Capitol Park. Bidders must hold a Louisiana license for the Building Construction classification. Bids must include bid security equal to 5% of the base bid plus all alternates. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds. Electronic bidding documents are available through Centerline BidConnect, and the project is subject to funding availability. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 14, 2026, and bids are due September 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
