Description
The U.S. Geological Survey is soliciting quotations for one shallow-water boat, one boat motor, and one boat trailer. The boat must have a flat-bottom, hard-chine hull made of 5086 marine-grade aluminum with welded ribs, be at least 20 feet long with a minimum 5-foot bottom width and 21-inch sides, and include center-console hydraulic steering, bilge pump, Hydro-Turf flooring, trolling-motor plug, LED lighting, spotlight, and two removable foldable seats. The motor must be a 50-horsepower, three-cylinder surface-drive engine with 866 cc displacement, center-console steering configuration, reverse capability, stainless-steel muffler, and a 5,000–6,000 RPM range. The aluminum trailer must securely transport the specified boat. This is a competitive purchase-order requirement and a total small-business set-aside. Quotations must include sufficient technical information to demonstrate compliance, pricing and discount terms, applicable representations and certifications, acknowledgment of amendments, and warranty terms if offered.
