Description
The State of Louisiana, through its Division of Administration, Facility Planning and Control, is soliciting sealed bids for laboratory ventilation and fume hood replacement at the Energy Coast & Environmental Building at Louisiana State University. The work is identified by Project Number 19-671-22-01 and F.19002476. Complete bidding documents are available electronically without charge through City BluePrint Plans. Bids must be submitted by a contractor licensed in Louisiana for the Mechanical classification. Each bid must include bid security equal to 5% of the base bid plus all alternates; the successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds. A pre-bid conference is scheduled, and bidders are encouraged to consider participation in the state's Small Entrepreneurship and Veteran-Owned and Service-Connected Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Entrepreneurship programs.
