Description
The City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge is soliciting electronic or paper bids for construction work under City-Parish Project No. 25-AO-ST-0024. The project includes rehabilitation of asphalt and concrete pavements, asphalt patching with overlay, concrete curb construction, and related work on multiple streets. Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. local time on September 15, 2026. Bidders must submit a certified or cashier’s check, or a satisfactory bid bond, equal to 5% of the total bid. The apparent low bidder must submit the required EBE forms and applicable certification letters within 10 days after bid opening. Contractors must comply with Louisiana contractor licensing requirements and, where required, hold a Highway, Street and Bridge Construction classification. An 8.6% minimum Eligible Business Enterprise goal applies, or bidders must document good-faith efforts to meet it.
