Description
The State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources is soliciting bids from contractors on the current State of Utah Rangeland Prequalification List to perform lop-and-scatter treatment on up to 2,233 acres in Daggett County. Pricing must include all labor, equipment, materials, mobilization, and operating costs, with no fuel surcharges or negotiated adjustments. The procurement is expected to result in a single contract awarded to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible pre-qualified vendor, evaluated on lowest cost per acre. The project must be completed by December 1, 2026, with performance beginning September 15, 2026. The online submission requires completion of the Bid Table and numerous vendor certifications and acknowledgments, including prequalification, project completion, debarment, conflicts, tax liens, licensing, and applicable legal compliance.
