Description
The contractor must remove and dispose of approximately 3,000 square feet of existing carpet and install government-approved luxury vinyl tile in selected rooms of Building 147. The work also includes approximately 700 linear feet of cove base, transition strips, substrate inspection and preparation, furniture movement and restoration, protection of adjacent and occupied areas, infection-control measures, cleanup, and disposal. The contractor supplies all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and tools, and must coordinate work to minimize disruption to patient care and chapel operations. The offer must include a technical approach, a separate firm-fixed-price proposal using the provided price schedule, past-performance information, and a redacted technical volume. The technical approach is limited to 25 pages per volume, excluding resumes, sample forms, and appendices. The solicitation is set aside for certified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, and the offeror must comply with the stated limitations on subcontracting.
