Description
This is a Sources Sought request for information and market research, not a solicitation for quotes or proposals; no contract will be awarded from this notice. The Navy is assessing industry capability and interest in operating its civilian Human Resources Benefits Contact Center. The anticipated work includes providing contact-center personnel and management to support current, former, and prospective civilian employees with benefits information, guidance, and transaction assistance covering retirement, health and life insurance, the Thrift Savings Plan, dental and vision benefits, flexible spending, and long-term care.
