Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is seeking industry information regarding enterprise Border Patrol Technical Operations Center services supporting U.S. Border Patrol detection and surveillance technology portfolios. The contemplated managed service would provide 24/7/365 Network Operations Center, Security Operations Center, and call center/helpdesk capabilities; monitoring; Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting; incident and service-request management; operational-availability reporting; vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking; patch-management support; disaster recovery and backup support; cybersecurity incident coordination; program management; dashboards; and integration with Government systems and workflows. Responses should describe the vendor’s technical approach, managed-service model, staffing and facilities, cybersecurity and FISMA/RMF/ATO support, integration capabilities, transition from an incumbent or prior support model, scalability, personnel vetting, deliverables, and recommendations concerning contract and task-order structure, pricing, service levels, and cost drivers. This is an RFI for market research only and does not constitute a solicitation or promise of award. Responses are limited to 20 pages plus the required vendor company data attachment and must be submitted in Microsoft Word format using 12-point Times New Roman font and 1.5-line spacing.
