Description
JXN Water, Inc. is requesting sealed bids for the construction of a new 20-inch diameter water pipeline and fittings, including connections to existing 20-inch pipelines and abandonment of existing 20-inch main. The work also includes mobilization, SWPPP, fence removal and replacement, and surface restorations. The project is located at the MMC Yard in Jackson, Mississippi. Bidders must be qualified under Mississippi State law and possess a Certificate of Responsibility issued by the Mississippi State Board of Public Contractors. The contract time is 120 calendar days, with liquidated damages of $2,000 per day. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on August 20, 2026 at Stantec's office.
