Description
Lake Havasu City is soliciting bids for a construction project involving a new single-story, approximately 295-square-foot addition to the existing Police Department building. The work includes an approximately 16-foot-4-inch-high addition and associated modifications connecting it to the existing structure, including a new doorway from the existing evidence room. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 8, 2026. Sealed bids are due October 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Arizona time. Bidders may submit paper bids and paper bid bonds or use the city's electronic bid process; the apparent low bidder must provide the original bid bond or cashier's check within three business days after bid opening. The project requires a 10% bid bond, 100% labor and material bond, and 100% faithful performance bond, with completion required within 150 calendar days after the notice to proceed.
