Description
Mohave County is soliciting bids for ongoing pest and weed control services divided into three independently awardable sections: pest, rodent, and bed bug control at Hualapai Mountain Park; pest control, with optional rodent control, at four Mohave County Fairgrounds buildings; and pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control across approximately 111,175 square feet at the Fairgrounds. Bidders may submit pricing for one, multiple, or all sections. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, products, herbicides, equipment, transportation, routine service, reporting, safety measures, cleanup, and regulatory compliance. The contract begins January 1, 2027, for one year, with four additional one-year renewal options. Required insurance includes commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and contractors pollution liability. The bid must be submitted electronically through the County's online bidding system, including the completed and signed Offer and Acceptance Form and applicable pricing and supporting information.
