Description
UT-Battelle, LLC, which operates Oak Ridge National Laboratory under a Department of Energy contract, is seeking a firm-fixed-price quote for assorted metal rods, bars, and tubes or domestic equivalents. The bill of materials lists 13 line items in various aluminum, aluminum bronze, nickel alloy, stainless steel, and other specified materials, including round rods, round bars, and aluminum tubing in specified dimensions, finishes, quantities, and standards. The award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. The response must include a firm-fixed-price quote with a proposed delivery schedule, a completed and signed Abbreviated Representations and Certifications form, and an Exceptions/Non-Compliance section or an explicit statement that no exceptions are taken. FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal, applies.
