PUBLIC NOTICE – REQUEST FOR BIDS Plattin Creek Bank Stabilization and Revetment Project City of Crystal City, Missouri On behalf of the Festus–Crystal City Levee Commission The City of Crystal City is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the stabilization and revetment of an eroded creek bank along Plattin Creek, adjacent to the federal levee. The project includes excavation, grading, installation of geotextile fabric, placement of stabilization boulders, gabion rock, riprap, and site restoration. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: • Date: Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026 • Time: 10:00 a.m. CT • Location: Twin City Levee (Plattin Creek Bank), 258 County Road, Crystal City, MO 63019 Bid Submission Deadline: • Date: Thursday, September 10th, 2026 • Time: 2:00 p.m. CT • Submit to: City of Crystal City, 130 Mississippi Ave, Crystal City, MO 63019 • Email: building@crystalcitymo.
