The Minnesota Department of Information Technology (MNIT), in partnership with the Department of Public Safety's Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) Investigations, intends to renew its agreement with Gladiator Forensics for up to 12 months. The renewal covers continued use of the GAR/ESPA software platform and associated hardware maintenance and support services. The integrated wireless investigative platform consolidates call detail records, RF signal detection, GPS tracking, intercept data, and other intelligence sources for investigative data collection, analysis, and management. The notice identifies Gladiator Forensics as the exclusive owner of the proprietary platform and related updates, maintenance, and support, and states that the procurement is sole source.
