Description
This solicitation is for the installation of a storage facility for flood protection equipment located west of the Holland Tunnel Toll Building in Jersey City, New Jersey. The work includes regrading, concrete pavement and footings, structural steel, ornamental fence, standing seam metal roofing, lighting, access control, and security cameras. The estimated range for this project is $5 million to $10 million. Bidders must register on the Bonfire platform to download bid documents and upload submissions. Due to the sensitive nature of the contract documents, bidders must meet the Information Security Handbook Requirements to obtain them. The Port Authority is a recipient of FEMA financial assistance and must ensure its programs do not discriminate.
