Description
Harnett County is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of 25 line items for Harnett Regional Water’s warehouse. The requested products include red-brass nipples, tees, elbows, caps, couplings, plugs, brass bushings and adapters, stainless-steel and PVC insert stiffeners, Mueller brass fittings, a Hymax epoxy carbon-steel coupling, Smith-Blair stainless-steel repair clamps, and Smith-Blair ductile-iron service saddles. Bidders may submit pricing for one or more items, and products must meet the stated specifications or approved equivalents. The contract covers supplies and delivery from October 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, with the possibility of renewal for two additional fiscal years by mutual agreement. Award may be made by individual item or by combination of items to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, considering quality, performance, and price. Required insurance includes automobile liability, commercial general liability, and statutory workers’ compensation coverage; the successful bidder must provide an insurance certificate naming Harnett County as an additional insured.
